Job Description:
As a Regional Sales Manager at Infiniit Technocrafts, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, business development, and ensuring superior customer experiences within your designated region. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, overseeing all aspects of the sales process, support, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and business objectives within the assigned region.

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building with corporate customers.

Serve as a single point of contact for customers, providing sales support, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive retention, upsell opportunities, and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to deliver integrated solutions and exceed customer expectations.

Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals to showcase the value proposition of Infiniit Technocrafts' offerings to potential customers.

Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.

Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to track performance metrics and provide insights for decision-making.

Provide ongoing support and training to customers to ensure they maximize the value of our products and services.

Represent Infiniit Technocrafts at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Any field with Passion to Sell & Make Money, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT sales and managing corporate customers.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business development initiatives.

Strong understanding of IT Products like - Laptops, Desktops, Servers, Storage, Networking & Software portfolio around security, solutions and technologies, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.

Strategic thinker with analytical skills to identify opportunities, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions.

Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.
