Job Description: As the Operations Manager at Infiniit Technocrafts, you will play a crucial role in overseeing back-end operations, particularly focusing on distributor and OEM relationships to optimize transfer pricing for IT hardware and software products. You will be responsible for streamlining processes, managing relationships, and enabling the front-end sales team to focus on driving sales and customer engagement.

 

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and OEM partners to negotiate the lowest possible transfer prices for IT hardware and software products.

2. Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to ensure cost-effective sourcing and pricing strategies that maximize profitability while maintaining product quality and customer satisfaction.

3. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics to identify opportunities for cost optimization and strategic partnerships.

4. Streamline back-end operations processes, including support functions, quotations, and order management, to enhance efficiency and responsiveness.

5. Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide support in preparing quotations, proposals, and pricing strategies.

6. Implement effective inventory management practices to minimize stockouts, reduce carrying costs, and optimize inventory turnover.

7. Develop and maintain performance metrics and KPIs to track and evaluate the effectiveness of back-end operations and identify areas for improvement.

8. Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

9. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures governing procurement, pricing, and operations.

10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and logistics, to drive integrated strategies and achieve business objectives.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in operations management, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in the IT industry.

• Proven track record of negotiating and managing distributor and OEM relationships to optimize pricing and profitability.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience in leading and developing teams to achieve operational excellence.

• Proficiency in ERP systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office suite.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
