9.Infiniit Courses Payments &  Refund Policy:

Payment Authorization:

  • By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the specified amount for the selected course(s).

  • All payments are processed securely through our designated payment gateway.

Currency:

  • All transactions are processed in the currency specified on the payment page.

Payment Confirmation:

  • Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your enrollment.

Course Access:

  • Access to the course materials will be granted upon confirmation of payment.

  • In the case of installment plans, access will be provided according to the payment schedule.

Cancellation:

  • We reserve the right to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

 

Refund Policy

 

Refund Eligibility:

Refund requests will only be considered within 24hrs from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, the course must not be scheduled  within 48hrs

Refund Process:

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@infiniittech.com with your purchase details and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Processing time for refunds may vary but generally takes 7 working days.

Non-Refundable Items:

Certain items, such as downloadable content or services already provided, are non-refundable.

Cancellation of Subscription Plans:

For subscription-based courses, if you choose to cancel your subscription before the completion of the agreed term, a pro-rated refund may be considered based on the remaining unused portion.

Refund Denial:

Refund requests may be denied if there is evidence of misuse, abuse, or violation of our terms and conditions. In Case the Career Analysis Report is Published No refund is applicable.

Course Modifications or Cancellations:

Infiniit Courses reserves the right to modify or cancel a course. In the event of such changes, participants will be notified, and options for refunds or course transfers will be provided.

Appeals:

If your refund request is denied and you believe there are extenuating circumstances, you may submit an appeal to sanjsys@infiniittech.com. All appeal decisions are final.

Force Majeure:

Infiniit Courses shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from acts beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, Calamities arising due to Pandemic/Epedemics, strikes, or government actions.

Changes to Refund Policy:

Infiniit Courses reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

 

User Account:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Payment Security:

  • We use industry-standard encryption to protect your payment information. However, we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted over the internet.

Payment Errors:

  • In the event of a payment error, please contact our support team immediately for assistance.
